My wife and I had 5 days accomodate in this hotel. Very nice and cosy place with a great location. All staff were kind and friendly plus quiet and neat rooms, so we had a memorable experience. But services weren't sufficient and professional. For example, there wasn't any hand wash stuff or there was just 1 litre of water for each day. So it was a surprise of weak services for such a great place.

This is a very nice small hotel has excellent customers service and a nice English style cosy room with powerful fantastic shower nice and warm . Great location. The only thing I didn’t like is the noisy machine that cleans the square outside and it is noisy on the early hours of the day . But I do recommend you to stay there.

The hotel is not new but it has a character. The view on the top floor was really good. Its almost like point-0 meaning its the center of the central istanbul. There were some big screens and soundsystem next to the hotel for some celebration so it was loud. not the most quiet place. Go if you’d like to be super central, avoid if you’re looking for a calm & quiet stay. Some staff were really friendly except one.

I have stayed at this hotel for five nights in October 2023. The location of Hotel is really great, with a 3-min walk to Taksim square and 5-min walk from Havaist bus station. The good point about location is that it is far enough from Istiklal street to avoid the chaos during night. Hotel looks a little bit old, but decoration is really charming. Rooms are not small at all and cleaning service is done on a daily basis and the rooms are fairly clean. The staff are really helpful and friendly and they speak english very well which is really helpful. Breakfast was also simple and delicious and I enjoyed it very much. I am happy to choose this hotel for my stay is Istanbul and I would like to thank the staff. :)

The location of the hotel is unique, close to everything, the most important is its proximity to airport buses, and provides large amounts of money for transportation, as it is close to the metro and buses. It also provides privacy, and it is a first-class family, as well as the staff, for example, but not limited to. The receptionist (Ali) is on his taste and His high professionalism in the entry and exit process, serious cooperation, wonderful smile, the breakfast manager (asly) for her taste and wonderful reception, and the chef Osta (Taher) as well as the rich and varied breakfast apart from the picturesque view, whether on Taksim Square or the Bosphorus

One of the best hotels located in Taksim Square. Easy and quick access to Taksim Square is one of the main advantages of this hotel. Breakfast was normal. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the smallness of the rooms.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 day,this hotel is very near to taxim square,excellent service,the manager Mr javid and Arsu was very helpful,they have to improve on breakfast menu,the items are same daily,during my next trip to istanbul i will definitely stay in this hotel
